Accessibility statement
Security awareness is for everyone, so our website should be too. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we want to hear when we fall short.

What we have done
Pages use proper headings and landmarks, with a “skip to content” link at the top, so they work with screen readers and keyboards.
Everything in the menus and on the pages can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Dropdown menus open with Enter and close with Escape.
Text and colours are chosen for contrast, text can be enlarged in your browser without breaking the layout, and images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
The games carousel pauses when you hover over it or tab into it, and does not move on its own if your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
The demo game is a drag-and-drop puzzle played with a mouse, a touchscreen or hand gestures. It cannot yet be played with a keyboard alone or with a screen reader. We are working on it.
Some third-party services we may use, such as our CRM’s forms, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
We have not yet had the site independently audited. We plan to.
Our training sessions
If anyone taking part in a session has access needs, tell us when you book. We will work with you to make sure everyone can join in.
Tell us what gets in your way
If you have trouble using any part of this site, email information@layer8security.com.au or call 1300 536 706. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply within five business days and offer the information another way in the meantime.
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission.
