This website is run by L8 Security Pty Ltd (Layer 8 Security), ABN 35 661 474 737, Level 17, 288 Edward Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not use it unlawfully, try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, introduce malicious code, or copy it in bulk by automated means.

The demo game is provided for demonstration only, as it is. It can use your webcam if you allow it; the video is processed in your browser and never leaves your device. You can play with a mouse or touchscreen instead.

The content on this site is general information, not legal, compliance or security advice for your organisation. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Where we map our standards to frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, the ASD Essential Eight or the Privacy Act, that is our interpretation to help you plan training. Using our services does not on its own make your organisation compliant or certified.

Session lengths, group sizes and other details on the site are indicative. What you get is set out in your proposal or agreement.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any services we provide are subject to a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site.

The content of this site, including our games, the Layer 8 standards, text, artwork and logos, belongs to Layer 8 Security or the people who licensed it to us. You may view it, print it for your own internal use, link to it and quote short extracts with credit. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

The site links to other websites and uses third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our liability for anything to do with the site is limited to supplying the relevant content again.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
